Prayer Requests: Peter Bobby, Dorothy Bond – in hospital,Dorothy Cardey, Barbara Duller, Frank Faircloth, Emily Grote, Joan Rouse, Betty Taylor and Richard & May Walters.
Please remember the family of Ray White in your prayers. He was admitted to hospital after the cancer spread and died a couple of days later.
Please pray for our Minister Revd Ruth Ridge and all those who minister to the people of God, especially this week for Mersea Methodist Church.
Continue to pray for all others who are in any way troubled, lonely, unwell or bereaved and anyone else who needs our prayers.

Songs of Praise – please add your name to the list on the Notice Board if you feel able to lead a Songs of Praise service this year. If you are unsure please speak with Alan.

Women’s World Day of Prayer on Friday 6th March,prepared by the women of the Bahamas. One of the services will be held at West Bergholt Methodist Church at 1:30pm with soup ‘n’ snack lunch in the church hall from 12:30pm. Please see notice board for details of all other services.
Good Friday at the Mercury Theatre 3rd April at 7:30pm. Admission free with a retiring offering.
Election Hustings will be held at St Botolph’s Church on Monday 27th April at 7:45pm. An opportunity to hear from the candidates standing in the General Election here in Colchester.
Sector Lunch – to say thank you to Revd Ruth Ridge here at Lexden on Saturday 18th July. 12:30 for 1pm start.
Mile End Methodist Church – 120th Anniversary Service on Sunday 23rd August at 10:30am followed by a faith lunch. More details nearer the time.
