They are investigating the theft of a blue boat that was last seen being towed behind a vehicle along Straight Road in the early hours of the morning at some point after 14th June. Have you seen anything suspicious or know of any boats or trailers being stored near you? Please let Christine or Alan know.

Introit ‘Sing to the Lord a Joyful Song’ H&P 17 v 1

A very warm welcome to you especially if you are a visitor or will be joining us during the week through the Recording Ministry and to Rev Paul Howes who is leading our worship this morning.

Prayer Requests – Please remember all those on our prayer list.

Please pray for our Ministers Rev Paul Howes, Rev Alan Jenkins and Rev Ken Chalmers and all those who minister to the people of God.

Continue to pray for all others who are in any way troubled, lonely, unwell or bereaved and anyone else who needs our prayers.

Methodist Home Association – MHA – if you have not already done so please hand in your envelope today. Don’t forget to complete the Gift Aid box if you are a tax payer.

Gift Aid – if you are a low wage/pension earner and have set up Gift Aid on your weekly offering please speak with Bill. Under the new regulations if you have not paid sufficient tax to cover your Gift Aid donation you may have to make up the difference in income tax to HMRC.

Searchlight Theatre Company are coming to Christ Church Colchester on Thursday 14th June at 7:15pm where you will hear the first 90 chapters of the bible on 90 minutes! Please see the poster on the notice board for ticket details.
