Continue to pray for all others who are in any way troubled, lonely, unwell or bereaved and anyone else who needs our prayers.

NOTICES

Don’t Forget – Starting next month we will be holding just two services a month on the first and third Sunday with the possibility of an Own Arrangement whenever there is a fifth Sunday. Thursday prayer time will continue weekly.

The Farewell Service for Rev Alan Jenkins and Rev Ken Chalmers will be held at Castle Methodist Church on Sunday 17th July at 6:30pm. Refreshments will be served from 5pm. The service will be available online for those unable to attend.

The Welcome Service for Rev Chris Preece will also be held at Castle on Thursday 1st September at 7:30pm with refreshments served after the service. Please note there will be no car parking available for either of these services except for those with disabilities,

During the Annual Church Meeting it was agreed, on a trial basis, that we would hold just two services a month on the first and third Sunday with tea and coffee served afterwards. This will start in June when the next quarterly plan comes out. We will continue to hold the Thursday prayer time on a weekly basis.

Annual Church Meeting – will be held here on Thursday 24th March at 2:15 pm. This is an opportunity for everyone to meet and, as we move out of Covid restrictions, to talk about the future life and work of our Church. PLEASE come and join in. If you are unable to attend please let Viv know and pass on any comments you wish to share.
