The funeral of Barbara Duller will take place on Friday May 19th at 2pm at the Colchester Crematorium with refreshments here in the Garling Room afterwards.

Please pray for our Minister Revd Paul Howes and the circuit team ministers Revd Alan Jenkins, Revd Ken Chalmers and Revd Steve Swann and all those who minister to the people of God.

Continue to pray for all others who are in any way troubled, lonely, unwell or bereaved and anyone who needs our prayers.

Ladies Friendly Circle will bevisiting the Colne Valley Railway on Monday 8th May. They will be leaving the church at 6.45 pm. Please let Chrissie know if you will be coming.

Other Events

Colchester Methodist Circuit Activity Day on Social Issues onSaturday 13th May 2017 – 9.30am – 4pm at Highwoods Methodist Church. This event will explore the roots of social justice and action within the Methodist Church and how we might move on in the future.

Election Hustings at St Botolph’s Church on Tuesday 23rd May at 7:30pm.

Christian Music Festival at Weston House West Sussex on Saturday 27th May. Please contact Derek Coe if you are interested in going. A coach will be arranged from Colchester.

Contemporary Worship at Wimpole Road Methodist Church on Sunday 28th May at 6:30pm.

Free Family Fun Day arranged by Seeking God’s Blessing for Colchester will be held in the Lower Castle Park on Saturday 16th September from 11am to 4pm. Everyone welcome.
