Notices for Week Commencing 3rd July 2022

We offer you a very warm welcome especially if you are a visitor and to those who will be watching the DVD during the week and to Ron Firmin who is leading our worship this morning.


Prayer Requests – Please keep Roz Carrington in your prayers. Please pray for all those still affected by Covid and Long-Covid.

Please pray for our Circuit Ministers Rev Joe Adams, Rev Ken Chalmers and Rev Alan Jenkins.

Continue to pray for all others who are in any way troubled, lonely, unwell or bereaved and anyone else who needs our prayers.


The Farewell Service for Rev Alan Jenkins and Rev Ken Chalmers will be held at Castle Methodist Church on Sunday 17th July at 6:30pm. Refreshments will be served from 5pm. The service will be available online for those unable to attend.

The Welcome Service for Rev Chris Preece will also be held at Castle on Thursday 1st September at 7:30pm with refreshments served after the service.

Please note there will be no car parking available for either of these services except for those with disabilities.

Step Out For Children a three mile walk for Action For Children. Please call Keith Thompson on 844252 if you would like to take part.

Sunday Services on DVD – If you, or anyone you know, would like a copy of our Sunday morning service on DVD please speak with Geoff or one of the stewards.

Midweek Prayer Time – every Thursday from 9:30am. A short service of prayer and reflection. Everyone welcome.
