We offer you a very warm welcome especially if you are a visitor and to those who will be watching the DVD during the week and to Rev Hannah Chun who is leading our worship with Holy Communion this morning.

PRAYER

Prayer Requests – Please pray for the people who live in the land where Jesus once walked. Pray for peace. Pray for understanding.

Please pray for our Ministers – Rev Chris Preece and Rev Hannah Chun.

Continue to pray for all others who are in any way troubled, lonely, unwell or bereaved and anyone else who needs our prayers.

NOTICES

Church Council will be held here on Wednesday 18th October at 2pm. This is the first meeting where Hannah will be with us. Please come along if you are able.

A message from Rev Chris Preece:
We are delighted that Sally Crafer and Joe Navoka have both completed their Local Preacher training and we are now organising their Admission Service. The service will commence at 3pm on Sunday 10th December 2023. At Joe and Sally’s request, for the ease and flexibility of livestreaming, the service will take place at Castle Methodist Church. It would be great to share with as many people as possible as we celebrate with Sally and Joe.

Sunday Services on DVD – If you, or anyone you know, would like a copy of our Sunday morning service on DVD please speak with Geoff or one of the stewards.

Midweek Prayer Time – every Thursday. A short service of prayer and reflection. Everyone welcome.
