We offer you all a very warm welcome especially if you are a visitor and to those who will be watching the DVD during the week and to Rev Dr David Chapman who is leading our worship with Holy Communion this morning.

PRAYER

Pray for all our new members of parliament and pray they will do what is best for our beautiful country and the lovely people who live here.

Please pray for our Ministers – Rev Chris Preece and Rev Hannah Chun.

Continue to pray for all others who are in any way troubled, lonely, unwell or bereaved and anyone else who needs our prayers.

NOTICES

Mersea Methodist Church invite us to join their anniversary celebration on Saturday 20th July from 7pm where there will be a concert by local jazz group ‘Serendipity’.

Christmas Giving – it has been suggested we give to ‘Link to Hope’ shoebox appeal this year. It is not necessary to fill a shoebox, although it makes it more personal if you can, there is a list of items you can provide for a family or an elderly person. We have some leaflets available and will provide more information soon.

Sunday Services on DVD – If you, or anyone you know, would like a copy of our Sunday morning service on DVD please speak with Geoff or one of the stewards.

Midweek Prayer Time – every Thursday. A short service of prayer and reflection. Everyone welcome.
Hopefully Alan will be out of hospital and this will continue as normal. We will keep you updated.
