Please pray for our Ministers – Rev Chris Preece and Rev Hannah Chun.

Continue to pray for all others who are in any way troubled, lonely, unwell or bereaved and anyone else who needs our prayers.

NOTICES

Mothering Sunday on 30th March is also our Songs of Praise. Please let Christine know if you have a hymn choice or a reading/poem you would like to share with us today or during the week. Many thanks.

A Circuit Retreat Day is to take place on Saturday 22nd March from 9:45am to 3pm. at Mersea Methodist Church. The day will be led by Rev Dr Sheryl Anderson who, until last summer, was Chair of the Liverpool District. Bring your own lunch. Please let Christine know today if you will be attending.

Love Feast –on Maundy Thursday 17th April at 10am is led by Rev Hannah Chun. Many thanks to Sheila Dempsey for arranging this. Please note there will not be a midweek prayer time on this Thursday.

Rev Hannah Chun is due to be ordained on Sunday 29th June in Telford. Following the morning service, where she will be received into Full Connexion, the ordination service will take place at St Chad’s church in Shrewsbury from 4pm. It is hoped both services will be live streamed into Wimpole Road for people to be involved in celebrating Hannah’s special day.

Sunday Services on DVD – If you, or anyone you know, would like a copy of our Sunday morning service on DVD please speak with Geoff or one of the stewards.

Midweek Prayer Time – every Thursday. A short service of prayer and reflection. Everyone welcome.
