PRAYER

Please keep Frank and Maud in your prayers.

Please pray for our Ministers – Rev Chris Preece and Rev Hannah Chun. Also pray for our Anna Chaplain Jastine Diaz.

Continue to pray for all others who are in any way troubled, lonely, unwell or bereaved and anyone else who needs our prayers.

NOTICES

Anna Chaplain Commissioning service will be held at Castle Methodist Church at 3pm on Sunday 30th November.

Christmas on the Circuit – there are a lot of events taking place during December in the Colchester Methodist Circuit. They are all listed on the notice board in the Garling Room. Please take a moment to see if there are any you would like to attend.

Carol Service at Lexden on 21st December. If you have a hymn or a particular reading or poem you would like to share on this Sunday, please let Alan or Christine know. We will be having mince pies with tea and coffee after the service.

Christmas Day – there will be a united service at Castle Methodist Church on Christmas Day at 10:30am. We will not be having a service here at Lexden on Christmas day.

Sunday Services on DVD – If you, or anyone you know, would like a copy of our Sunday morning service on DVD please speak with Geoff or one of the stewards.

Midweek Prayer Time – every Thursday. A short service of prayer and reflection. Everyone is welcome.
