We offer you a very warm welcome especially if you are a visitor or will be joining us through the Recording Ministry and to Joanne Eckersley who is leading our worship the morning.
Please join us for refreshments in the Garling Room after the Service.
Prayer Ministry – if you would like a prayer for yourself or someone else, members of the prayer team will be available at the front of the Church after the morning service.
Recording Ministry – If you do not usually receive a DVD of our services please speak to Stephen Suthernwood or ring him on 01206 540988 to obtain a copy.
PRAYER
Prayer Requests –Rose & Peter Bobby, Charles & Florrie Cronin, Barbara Duller – now at Hill House Residential Home, Cicely Kentish-Sawyer, Joan Rouse, Richard & May Walters and Robin Wilkinson.
Please pray for our Minister Revd Ruth Ridge and all those who minister to the people of God, especially this week for Mile End Methodist Church.
Continue to pray for all others who are in any way troubled, lonely, unwell or bereaved and anyone else who needs our prayers.
General Notices
World Mission – envelopes have been given out today for your donations to ‘World Mission’. These may be returned over the next two weeks and placed in the collections bag. Thank you
Sunday Morning Tea and Coffee Rota – please add your name to the list on the notice board, or speak with one of the Stewards, if you are able to prepare the tea and coffee after the Sunday morning service.
Saturday Coffee Morning – We also need volunteers to make tea and coffee on the Saturday Coffee mornings. There is a separate list for this.

7:45pm – Bible Study – this will be held in the Church

Sing for God’s Glory – music and worship with a Celtic Christian flavour.
At St Peter & St Paul Church, West Mersea on Sunday 26th January – workshop from 3:00 to 5:30pm and service at 6:30pm. See poster on notice board.
Poverty & homelessness action week. 25th January to 2nd February 2014.
