We warmly welcome you especially if you are a visitor or will be joining us through the Recording Ministry and to Elizabeth Clarke who is leading our worship this morning.
Please join us for refreshments in the Garling Room after the Service.
Prayer Ministry – if you would like a prayer for yourself or someone else, members of the prayer team will be available at the front of the Church after the morning service.
Recording Ministry – If you do not usually receive a DVD of our services please speak to Stephen Suthernwood or ring him on 01206 540988 to obtain a copy.

Please pray for our Minister Revd Ruth Ridge and all those who minister to the people of God, especially this week for Boxted Methodist Church.
Continue to pray for all others who are in any way troubled, lonely, unwell or bereaved and anyone else who needs our prayers.

Seeking God’s Blessing for Colchester invites you to a United Service of Gratitude and Blessing for our Health and Caring Services in Colchester.Sunday 19th January at 6:30pm at Colchester Baptist Church.
Sing for God’s Glory – music and worship with a Celtic Christian flavour.
At St Peter & St Paul Church, West Mersea on Sunday 26th January – workshop from 3:00 to 5:30pm and service at 6:30pm. See poster on notice board.

‘Where is the Church in Society? – A Church without Walls’ you are invited to an evening with Simon Barker from Scripture Union who will be giving a talk entitled ‘A Presentation for Holiday Clubs’. Plume Avenue URC on 5th February from 7:30 to 9:30pm.
The St Botolph’s Big Quiz Our church has been invited to take part in this inter-church quiz on Friday 21st March at 7:00pm. If you would be interested in making up a team please see one of the Stewards.
