Third Sunday in Lent

A very warm welcome to you all especially if you are a visitor or will be joining us through the Recording Ministry and to Anne Worker who is leading our worship this morning.

Please join us for refreshments in the Garling Room after the Service.

Prayer Ministry – if you would like a prayer for yourself or someone else, members of the prayer team will be available at the front of the Church after the morning service.

Recording Ministry – If you do not usually receive a DVD of our services please speak to Stephen Suthernwood or ring him on 01206 540988 to obtain a copy.

Our very dear friend Cicely Kentish-Sawyer sadly died on 28th February. Please remember her sons Brian and Derrick and the rest of her family in your prayers at this sad time.

Please pray for our Minister Revd Ruth Ridge and all those who minister to the people of God, especially this week for Castle Methodist Church.

Continue to pray for all others who are in any way troubled, lonely, unwell or bereaved and anyone else who needs our prayers.

General Notices

Beacon House – Don’t forget we are collecting for Beacon House this month. There is a list of requirements by the box in the entrance vestibule. They can always do with clothes, especially men’s tops and trousers. There are also envelopes available for gifts of money.

Lexden Link – The Spring edition of our quarterly magazine will be available next week.
