A very warm welcome to you especially if you are a visitor or will be joining us during the week through the Recording Ministry and to Rev Paul Howes who is leading our worship with Holy Communion this morning.
Please stay for refreshments afterwards in the Garling Room.

PRAYER
Prayer Requests – Please remember all those on our prayer list.
Please pray for our Ministers Rev Paul Howes, Rev Ken Chalmers and especially Rev Alan Jenkins who is undergoing chemotherapy treatment.
Continue to pray for all others who are in any way troubled, lonely, unwell or bereaved and anyone else who needs our prayers.

Samaritan’s Purse Shoebox Appeal – please can these be returned by next Sunday 18th November. If you are unable to fill a box but would still like to contribute there is a box for your donations and envelopes if you would like to offer money. Many thanks to everyone who has contributed so far.
We are collecting for Beacon House throughout November. Any donations of clothing, food, toiletries or money can be placed in the box that is in the vestibule. Thank you

Seeking God’s Blessing for Colchester invites you to: ‘Light Overcomes Darkness’. A service of worship led by the Cantus Firmus Colchester Choir and the Salvation Army Songsters. As we approach the season of Advent, this service explores the theme of light overcoming darkness. Guest speaker Rt Rev Roger Morris, Bishop of Colchester. Sunday 25th November at 6:30pm at Plume Avenue Church. Retiring offering, after expenses, towards the St Peter’s Guesthouse project.
