Prayer Requests – Please remember all those on our prayer list.

Please pray for our Ministers Rev Paul Howes, Rev Ken Chalmers and especially Rev Alan Jenkins who is undergoing chemotherapy treatment.

Continue to pray for all others who are in any way troubled, lonely, unwell or bereaved and anyone else who needs our prayers.

Other Events

Seeking God’s Blessing for Colchester invites you to: ‘Light Overcomes Darkness’. A service of worship led by the Cantus Firmus Colchester Choir and the Salvation Army Songsters. As we approach the season of Advent, this service explores the theme of light overcoming darkness. Guest speaker Rt Rev Roger Morris, Bishop of Colchester. Sunday 25th November at 6:30pm at Plume Avenue Church. Retiring offering, after expenses, towards the St Peter’s Guesthouse project.

Journey to the Stable a reflective advent experience at Mile End Methodist Church on Saturday 1st December any time between 10am and 4pm.

Christmas Concert at St Botolph’s Church performed by the band of the Parachute Regiment on Thursday 13th December. Doors open 7pm.

Age Concern Colchester Christmas Fete on Friday 14th December from 10am to 2pm at 63 North Hill Colchester.
