Please pray for our Minister Revd Ruth Ridge and all those who minister to the people of God, especially this week for Wimpole Road Methodist Church.

Continue to pray for all others who are in any way troubled, lonely, unwell or bereaved and anyone else who needs our prayers.

General Notices

The flowers today have been donated by Clifford Whittaker in memory of his wife Doreen’s birthday.

Ladies Friendly Circle party on Monday. Everyone welcome. Additional parking will be available at Praiseway.

Christmas Cards – it has been suggested that as usual we give just one card for everyone at church rather that lots of individual cards. Cards can be displayed on the notice board in the Garling Room. There will also be a box for contributions to East Anglia Children’s Hospice.

Philippines Appeal – a very big thank you to everyone who has donated tinned fish for the people of the Philippines. We were able to take four carrier bags full of fish to Praiseway for onward delivery.

Offerings for last Sunday: £328.60

Stamps – as in previous years we are collecting stamps at Christmas. This is the time of year when everyone gets lots more post. Please carefully cut round the stamps and place them in the box in the entrance vestibule. They will be used to raise money for charity.
