Father Rhys Martin the Pastor of Fingringhoe, Rowhedge and Abberton sadly lost his battle with leukaemia last Sunday. Please pray for his wife and children during this difficult time. The funeral will take place on Friday 8th February at 1:00pm at St Andrews Church, Alresford.

Circuit Service at Wimpole Road this evening at 6:30pm. This is a service for the recognition of Elizabeth Clarke, Charlie Connor and Jonathan Sparkes as Local Preachers to our Circuit. Everyone is most welcome.

Used Postage Stamps – We are collecting stamps for ‘Help the Heroes’ so don’t forget to cut them off the envelopes when you receive Christmas cards this year. There is a box for these in the Garling Room – or give them to one of the Stewards. When cutting them from the envelope please leave a border around each stamp.

Christmas Cards – As in previous years the notice board in the Garling Room will be available for your Christmas cards. We suggest you send just one card to everyone at Lexden Methodist Church rather individual ones. We have also left a box in the Garling Room for donations to our Christmas charity.
